Carlos Ohene's transfer to Levski is now official, as he leaves Hebar Pazardzhik. The experienced footballer spoke in an interview with the club's television during the team's camp in the Turkish resort of Belek. Ohene hopes for strong matches with the capital's grand team, as well as for scoring goals.
"I feel good at Levski, and everything is fine with my situation in the club. I am really happy to be here among you all. I decided to transfer to Levski very, very quickly. I felt grateful during my debut for the club. The pleasure is incredible to play with the blue jersey. I eagerly await the official matches with it. I feel great with my new teammates," Ohene began.
"The first and most important impression from the coaching staff was in our first conversation. The coach came and shared his idea with me, and I need to understand the philosophy of play that the team adheres to under his leadership. So far, I have played in a different system, and I need to quickly adapt to the current one," the midfielder shared.
"I want to help the team achieve its goals. I would like, if I can, to score a few goals so I can celebrate with the Blue' fans. I would like to win something with the team, it would be wonderful. I had friends who played in matches for Levski before - Francis Nar is very close to me. Even then, I told him every time, whenever I had the opportunity, that I wanted us to be together in this team. When I arrived at Levski, he immediately messaged me to congratulate me. I came here to give my all for this great team," Ohene added.
